Candidates must hold <b>Tier 1 (Western-trained) qualifications <\/b> in line with <b>DOH PQR requirements <\/b> and be eligible for <b>DOH Consultant licensure <\/b>. The role involves delivering advanced critical care services in a high-acuity multidisciplinary environment. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide <b>consultant-level critical care management <\/b> for adult and\/or pediatric patients in ICU <\/li>\n<li>Perform comprehensive <b>assessment diagnosis stabilization and ongoing management <\/b> of critically ill patients <\/li>\n<li>Lead <b>multidisciplinary ICU teams <\/b> including registrars residents nursing staff and allied health professionals <\/li>\n<li>Perform and supervise <b>advanced life-support procedures <\/b> invasive monitoring and ventilatory management <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with <b>Emergency Medicine Anaesthesia Surgery Pediatrics and subspecialty teams <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with <b>hospital policies DOH regulations and international critical care standards <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and timely <b>clinical documentation and reporting <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Participate in <b>clinical governance audits quality improvement and patient safety initiatives <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>\u0627\u0644\u062f\u0639\u0645 <b>teaching mentoring and training <\/b> of junior medical staff <\/li>\n<li>Provide on-call consultant cover as per hospital rota <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Requirements (DOH PQR Tier 1) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Medical Degree <\/b> from a recognised institution <\/li>\n<li><b>Tier 1 Specialist \/ Consultant qualification <\/b> such as:\n<ul>\n<li>CCT \/ CCST (UK) <\/li>\n<li>American Board Certification <\/li>\n<li>Canadian Board Certification <\/li>\n<li>Australian \/ New Zealand Fellowship <\/li>\n<li>Irish Board Certification <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Specialty training in Intensive Care Medicine \/ Critical Care <\/b> including:\n<ul>\n<li>Adult ICU <b>and\/or <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Pediatric ICU (PICU) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Eligible for <b>DOH Consultant license <\/b> in Intensive Care Medicine (Adult or Pediatric) <\/li>\n<li>Minimum <b>35 years post-specialist \/ post-board experience <\/b> at Consultant level <\/li>\n<li>Excellent clinical judgement and leadership skills <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in <b>\u0625\u0646\u062c\u0644\u064a\u0632\u064a <\/b> (Arabic is an advantage) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Dual training or experience in <b>Adult &#038;
