You will lead a growing team of 9 staff members and work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives. <\/p>\n<h3><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and optimise daily operations across multiple departments to ensure seamless execution. <\/li>\n<li>Lead a team of 9 employees, comprising 3 senior and 6 junior staff members, fostering collaboration and mentorship. <\/li>\n<li>Design and implement internal systems and processes to enhance efficiency and workflow. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute strategic business plans. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor operational budgets, ensuring alignment with the companys financial objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate existing operational strategies, proposing improvements to support growth and sustainability. <\/li>\n<li>Establish and track performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure smooth business continuity. <\/li>\n<li>Promote a culture of accountability and teamwork within the organisation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Qualifications &#038; Requirements: <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in an operations or management role, preferably within the <b>media, marketing, or service industries <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing teams of varied seniority levels. <\/li>\n<li>Strong expertise in systems implementation, process optimisation, and operational strategy. <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organisational, problem\u2011solving, and decision\u2011making skills. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with digital tools and systems relevant to marketing or media industries. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with scaling operations for growing organisations. <\/li>\n<li>Prior exposure to financial budgeting and resource management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Benefits &#038;
