Deliver tailored balance\u2011sheet and off\u2011balance\u2011sheet structures such as structured loans, receivables financing, collateralized facilities, leverage solutions, and hybrid structures. Support the Head of Structured Solutions in expanding the bank\u2019s structured\u2011financing franchise, deepening client penetration, and ensuring strong commercial outcomes with appropriate risk alignment. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Result Areas <\/h3>\n<h3>Origination &#038; Structuring <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Originate structured\u2011lending opportunities across client segments such as corporates, financial institutions, and government\u2011related entities. <\/li>\n<li>Structure tailored lending and financing transactions such as:\n<ul>\n<li>Collateralized lending <\/li>\n<li>Structured bilateral or club facilities <\/li>\n<li>Receivables discounting <\/li>\n<li>Risk\u2011participation structures <\/li>\n<li>Leverage or asset\u2011backed financing <\/li>\n<li>Structured deposit\u2011linked or hedged lending <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Design transaction economics, pricing, and repayment structures in line with client needs and bank risk appetite. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate credit proposals, facility structures, and approval documentation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Execution &#038; Delivery <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end\u2011to\u2011end execution of structured\u2011lending transactions including term sheet negotiation, documentation, and closing. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Legal, Credit, Operations, and Risk to ensure accurate documentation, booking, and compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare financial models, cash\u2011flow scenarios, and collateral\u2011valuation assessments when required. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely execution and smooth client experience. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder &#038; Market Engagement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support coverage teams (Corporate Banking, FI, Wealth) by providing product expertise, training, and market insights. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong dialogue with Trading, ALM, and Structuring teams to deliver risk\u2011hedged financing solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on regulatory, legal, and market changes impacting structured finance and lending. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Risk &#038; Control <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all transactions adhere to risk, credit, and collateral frameworks, including suitability and product\u2011governance standards. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor portfolio\u2011level transaction performance, collateral behavior, and exposure concentrations. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure documentation, covenants, and structural protections remain robust across all deals. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Business Development &#038; Strategy <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify new products or market opportunities to enhance the Structured Solutions franchise. <\/li>\n<li>Support the Head of Structured Solutions in delivering strategic revenue plans, client penetration strategies, and platform development. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Knowledge, Skills and Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10\u201312 years\u2019 experience in structured lending, structured finance, or corporate\/FIG solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of lending structures, collateral frameworks, cash\u2011flow analysis, and credit risk. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in structuring bilateral or syndicated financing, asset\u2011backed or receivable\u2011backed structures, and hybrid solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Solid stakeholder\u2011management skills and ability to work with Corporate Banking, FI, Legal, and Credit teams. <\/li>\n<li>Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field;
