{"id":77918,"date":"2026-04-13T16:42:34","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T12:42:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/assistant-vice-president-partnerships-and-investments\/"},"modified":"2026-04-13T16:42:35","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T12:42:35","slug":"assistant-vice-president-partnerships-and-investments","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/assistant-vice-president-partnerships-and-investments\/","title":{"rendered":"Assistant Vice President \u2013 Partnerships and Investments"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3178859<\/p>\n<p><h3>JOB PURPOSE <\/h3>\n<p>Providing feasibility analysis, preparing a detailed financial model and assessing the financial performance to support new acquisitions and JVs, management of existing investments \u2013 including UAE (direct) and Egypt \/ UK (via platforms). <\/p>\n<h3>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <\/h3>\n<h3>Investment\/Development Feasibility and Financial Modelling <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct market research and maintain a database of market benchmarks <\/li>\n<li>Develop financial models on estate master and detailed excel financial models, prepare development feasibilities \/ residual land valuation, working with wider AD team on development brief, assumptions etc <\/li>\n<li>Prepare JV models, analyze cashflow, funding requirements, return on investment, IRR and other financial metrics <\/li>\n<li>Skilled in conducting sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess risk and potential returns under various market conditions. <\/li>\n<li>Familiar with structuring financial models to analyze different capital structures, including debt and equity financing. <\/li>\n<li>Capable of reviewing and improving financial models and estate master files to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and relevance to strategic goals. <\/li>\n<li>Work with internal \/ external stakeholders \/ consultants <\/li>\n<li>Prepare Investment Committee papers <\/li>\n<li>Support Portfolio Management of P&#038;I portfolio in UAE, Egypt and UK post-transaction \u2013 including financial modelling of funding requirements and investment returns <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, real estate, business administration or related field <\/li>\n<li>Master degree in real estate or finance (advantageous) <\/li>\n<li>CFA or similar certification (advantageous) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Min of 8+ years of experience in financial modelling in real estate sector <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical &#038;
