This includes development of designs and schematics, selection of components and softwares. <\/p>\n<p> 3>Roles and Responsibilities <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare &#038; review SCADA, DCS functional design specification ensuring it uses the best mix of latest technology, cyber security and meeting the specific need for the recycled water and sewerage industry. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare terms of reference documents. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare concept designs (design drawings, system architecture &#038; BOQs). <\/li>\n<li>Review quality and test documentation and Witness FAT\/SAT of SCADA systems. <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the coordination between multidisciplinary specialists, departments such as network, security, GIS etc for the integration of services to a common integrated SCADA platform. <\/li>\n<li>Shall liaison with SI, O.E.M, contractor, consultant during conceptualization, engineering, implementation, commissioning, handing over of the system to ensure the compliance and acceptance to the end user. <\/li>\n<li>Shall review, evaluate SCADA, DCS systems from multivendor and provide recommendations based on specific needs. <\/li>\n<li>Shall review project and execution plan, identify milestone and follow-up with relevant stakeholder, project team etc <\/li>\n<li>Participate in risk Identification\/Hazard Analysis and HAZOP. <\/li>\n<li>Working closely with other project managers, engineers and MEP team to ensure proper integration and coordination of all system elements within the projects. <\/li>\n<li>Conducting regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of the system models, drawings, and associated documentation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>15 years of experience in the infrastructure construction industry (on SCADA, DCS Systems). Experience in the Sewerage &#038; Recycled Water Industry is preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in design verifications, supervising complex EPC contractors, and field verifications. <\/li>\n<li>Engineering Degree in Instrumentation &#038; Controls \/ Electrical &#038; Electronics Engineering.
