We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director, Internal Controls to join our senior leadership team in Dubai. This pivotal role is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the company&#8217;s entire internal control framework. <\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be instrumental in safeguarding company assets, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting, and promoting a culture of compliance and risk awareness across the organisation. The role will work closely with executive management and the board&#8217;s audit committee to ensure robust governance and risk management processes are in place. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive finance internal control framework in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify, analyse, and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the organisation&#8217;s compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present clear, concise reports on control deficiencies, risk exposures, and remediation plans to senior management and the audit committee. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with various departments, including Finance, Legal, and Operations, to embed control ownership and awareness throughout the business. <\/li>\n<li>Drive initiatives for the continuous improvement of control processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. <\/li>\n<li>Lead investigations into potential control breaches or fraudulent activities, as required. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
