<\/h3>\n<p>On behalf of our client, who are one of the leading Real Estate Firms with global presence, we are currently hiring for an Associate Director. <\/p>\n<p><b>JOB SUMMARY <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>To assist the Head of Valuations MENA in the preparation and review of valuation reports, ensuring that all reports comply with RICS\/IVS standards and guidelines. <\/p>\n<p><b>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and review valuation reports according to the standards required by the Company. <\/li>\n<li>Undertake site inspections as per the instructions of your line manager. <\/li>\n<li>Comply with health and safety instructions during site visits and inspections. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with relevant client contacts, department managers and colleagues in relation to individual project requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Value residential and commercial property within the UAE by applying expert knowledge and awareness of the local property market. <\/li>\n<li>Provide informed, market facing and independent advice on residential\/commercial property types. <\/li>\n<li>Reach firm and justifiable conclusions on values for work undertaken. <\/li>\n<li>Preparation of detailed reports and presentation of valuation advice to clients. <\/li>\n<li>Close liaison with clients ensuring high quality advice is consistently delivered. <\/li>\n<li>Be able to take day to day responsibility for the execution of instructions under minimum supervision. <\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple instructions at the same time efficiently and effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with senior team members on high profile instructions. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in team meetings to update colleagues on market information and market knowledge and trends. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments internally to maintain market knowledge and cross sell opportunities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be MRICS qualified with (or ability to attain) RICS Registered Valuer status <\/li>\n<li>Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years previous experience in the UAE within a valuation role <\/li>\n<li>Has broad knowledge of Real Estate principles and practices <\/li>\n<li>Understand what generates revenue and makes profit <\/li>\n<li>Strong
