This role is crucial in ensuring the company adheres to <b>international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, UAE financial laws, and global trade compliance standards <\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have a <b>strong background in KYC, AML regulations, and risk assessment <\/b> within <b>commodity trading, financial services, or corporate compliance <\/b>. <\/p>\n<h3><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct <b>customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) <\/b> on new and existing clients. <\/li>\n<li>Verify <b>corporate structures, beneficial ownership, and source of funds <\/b> for counterparties. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update <b>KYC documentation, risk profiles, and compliance records <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Perform <b>sanctions screening, adverse media checks, and risk classification <\/b> of trading partners. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Regulatory Compliance &#038; AML Monitoring: <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with <b>UAE regulations, FATF guidelines, and global AML frameworks <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor transactions for <b>suspicious activities <\/b> and report any potential risks. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with <b>regulatory authorities, banks, and internal compliance teams <\/b> regarding KYC and AML matters. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development and enforcement of <b>internal compliance policies and procedures <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Assess potential <b>financial crime risks, sanctions risks, and trade-based money laundering threats <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare <b>KYC risk reports <\/b> for senior management and regulatory audits. <\/li>\n<li>Implement and enhance <b>risk mitigation strategies <\/b> to ensure robust compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct <b>internal audits and compliance reviews <\/b> related to KYC processes. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Technology &#038; Process Improvement: <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with <b>KYC automation tools, risk screening databases, and compliance software <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate data entry and management of <b>client onboarding systems <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Recommend and implement <b>process improvements for KYC and AML compliance <\/b>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Candidate Requirements: <\/b> <\/h3>\n<h3><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum <b>3-5 years of experience in KYC, AML, or financial compliance <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in <b>commodity trading, financial institutions, or corporate compliance <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of <b>global sanctions regulations (OFAC, EU, UN), AML directives, and UAE financial compliance laws <\/b>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Education &#038;
