This role involves providing confidential counselling, psychological assessments, preventive mental health programs, crisis intervention, and advisory support to leadership and HR on workplace mental health matters. Our subsidiaries, including ServeU, The FITOUT, and Dubai Autodrome LLC, contribute to our reputation for excellence and innovation. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<h3>Counselling Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide confidential one\u2011on\u2011one counselling to employees for issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, grief, and work\u2011related concerns. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct psychological assessments and mental health evaluations as required. <\/li>\n<li>Offer short\u2011term therapy, guidance, and referrals for long\u2011term treatment when necessary. <\/li>\n<li>Manage crisis interventions, including emotional distress, trauma, or critical workplace incidents. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preventive &#038; Wellness Programs <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and deliver mental health awareness programs, workshops, and training sessions. <\/li>\n<li>Develop stress management, resilience, emotional intelligence, and work\u2011life balance initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Support Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and wellness frameworks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Organizational &#038; Advisory Support <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Advise HR and leadership on mental health policies, workplace stressors, and psychosocial risks. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing mental health policies, protocols, and return\u2011to\u2011work plans. <\/li>\n<li>Provide insights on organizational culture, employee morale, and psychological safety (while maintaining confidentiality). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compliance &#038; Documentation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal standards. <\/li>\n<li>Adhere to all professional, medical, and organizational codes of conduct. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with mental health laws, data privacy, and workplace regulations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038;
