The organisation manages projects end\u2011to\u2011end, from development and off\u2011plan sales through to leasing, asset management and operational ownership. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the lead legal advisor for leasing, asset management and residential sales, supporting commercial, retail and branded residential portfolios throughout development and operational stages. <\/li>\n<li>Take end\u2011to\u2011end responsibility for the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex real estate documentation, including leasing arrangements, residential sale agreements and operational asset management contracts. <\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with leasing, sales and asset management teams, providing proactive legal input during live negotiations, tenant discussions and sales meetings to enable informed commercial decision\u2011making. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee legal aspects of tenant performance, defaults, variations and renewals, guiding the business through disputes and restructuring matters with commercially practical outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain and evolve the leasing and sale contract framework, ensuring documentation remains aligned with business strategy, regulatory requirements and market practices. <\/li>\n<li>Act as the day\u2011to\u2011day legal owner of the real\u2011estate portfolio, operating independently, managing matters with minimal escalation and supporting the development of junior legal team members where required. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have at least 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years of post\u2011qualification experience and a blend of top\u2011tier law firm and in\u2011house experience. <\/li>\n<li>Must be common law qualified. <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in leasing and asset management, with the ability to drive complex retail and commercial lease matters for developers\/asset owners. <\/li>\n<li>Exposure to broad asset lifecycle coverage: asset management, residential and off\u2011plan sales, tenant issues (defaults\/variations) and portfolio operations is strongly preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with KSA laws is highly beneficial. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Arabic is strongly preferred. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>
