We believe that diversity enriches our team, and we welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities. <\/p>\n<h3>The Role <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver efficiently and on time the projects assigned to stakeholders, maximizing the potential for EnerMech. <\/li>\n<li>Utilize strong technical expertise, problem\u2011solving skills, and leadership qualities to manage clients, contractors, and internal teams. <\/li>\n<li>Act as the point of contact for technical support during the pre\u2011commissioning process. <\/li>\n<li>Lead project engineering tasks from initial kick\u2011off to final account, including pre\u2011engineering, selection of equipment spreads for pre\u2011commissioning activities, and identification of required vendors as per bids or project requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and all other functions necessary for project delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong knowledge of pipeline pre\u2011commissioning and de\u2011commissioning specifications. <\/li>\n<li>Control project status reporting and close\u2011out documentation in an office\u2011based capacity. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in client meetings to provide updates on project activities and maintain schedules for relevant project resources. <\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify and communicate risks to project schedules, deliverables, and costs. <\/li>\n<li>Serve as a client representative for site\u2011based duties, ensuring work scope implementation follows client and company procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure technical alignment of all pipeline engineering deliverables with project specifications and applicable offshore codes (e.g., DNVGL\u2011ST\u2011F101, ISO 13623). <\/li>\n<li>Oversee integrity assurance during hydrotesting, pigging, and drying operations, ensuring proper test records and procedures are followed. <\/li>\n<li>Interface with subsea installation contractors to ensure installation methods align with pipeline design limitations and seabed conditions. <\/li>\n<li>Provide input to Lessons Learned and continuous improvement initiatives post\u2011project closeout. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Main Responsibilities &#038; Key Result Areas <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver work scopes from initial enquiry to final account. <\/li>\n<li>Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for pre\u2011commissioning activities. <\/li>\n<li>Provide technical input to address challenges during pipeline pre\u2011commissioning. <\/li>\n<li>Support multi\u2011discipline project teams, managing communication with third\u2011party suppliers, subcontractors, and EnerMech service departments. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise pre\u2011commissioning engineering deliverables, including internal, subcontractor, or supplier outputs. <\/li>\n<li>Lead site work scopes as EnerMech\u2019s responsible project engineer where appropriate. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in and lead design reviews, constructability assessments, and readiness\u2011for\u2011operation checks for subsea pipeline systems. <\/li>\n<li>Support subsea intervention and inspection campaigns, including ROV survey reviews and anomaly reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Collate project\u2011related documents such as job tenders, costings, project plans, work schedules, implementation methodologies, close\u2011out, and certification documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Develop technical documentation for flooding, cleaning, gauging, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, vacuum drying, nitrogen purging, and all pre\u2011commissioning and de\u2011commissioning activities as defined by bid or project requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Design temporary items to be prefabricated for pipeline pre\u2011commissioning and de\u2011commissioning projects. <\/li>\n<li>Accurate completion of purchase requisitions. <\/li>\n<li>Track progress and chase where required. <\/li>\n<li>Plan, provide, and deliver pre\u2011job briefs for assigned activities. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure materials, personnel, and equipment are fit for purpose, available, and dispatched promptly. <\/li>\n<li>Control and issue documentation to company and client standards. <\/li>\n<li>Draft and issue project change documentation, capturing scope growth and variations. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and communicate risks to the project and manage them appropriately. <\/li>\n<li>Mentor junior engineers and support competency development in pipeline engineering and field operations. <\/li>\n<li>Develop project cost forecasts and track actual expenditures versus budget to identify variances and recommend corrective actions. <\/li>\n<li>Support tendering and commercial teams by providing technical and cost input for pre\u2011commissioning scopes. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure procurement strategies align with project cash flow and delivery timelines, optimizing vendor engagement. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure change management is controlled across engineering deliverables. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher National Diploma in a recognised and relevant engineering discipline or equivalent, with a willingness to develop further education. <\/li>\n<li>Valid OGUK Survival and Medical certification. <\/li>\n<li>Engineering degree or similar qualification with appropriate experience. <\/li>\n<li>Project management qualification. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 8 years\u2019 experience with pipeline services or EPC companies. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in codes &#038;
