Major customers include renowned airports and airlines around the globe. <\/p>\n<p>Be part of our Project Execution team as a <strong>Mechanical Installation Lead <\/strong> in Dubai, UAE. <\/p>\n<h3>What are my responsibilities? <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and coordinate all mechanical installation, testing, and commissioning activities for BHS\/MHS systems at site. <\/li>\n<li>Act as the mechanical site lead, ensuring works are executed safely, on time, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. <\/li>\n<li>Lead by example in enforcing HSE standards and representing the company\u2019s safety culture on site. <\/li>\n<li>Manage and coordinate subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams to achieve project milestones. <\/li>\n<li>Guide subcontractors in the preparation and implementation of method statements, risk assessments, and work permits. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate closely with Site Management, Engineering, Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure efficient site execution and material flow. <\/li>\n<li>Interpret and verify engineering drawings, specifications, and installation methods to ensure correct implementation. <\/li>\n<li>Identify, manage, and resolve day-to-day site installation issues through effective coordination and troubleshooting. <\/li>\n<li>Support commissioning and testing activities, including rectification and modification works as required. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor installation progress and provide regular, accurate reporting to the Site Manager\/Director and planning teams. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality inspections, testing, and documentation are completed in line with company and client requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Identify potential risks or improvement opportunities and coordinate corrective or preventive actions with engineering and site teams. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What do I need to qualify for the role?
