{"id":78280,"date":"2026-04-13T16:50:07","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T12:50:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/director-leveraged-acquisition-finance\/"},"modified":"2026-04-13T16:50:09","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T12:50:09","slug":"director-leveraged-acquisition-finance","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/director-leveraged-acquisition-finance\/","title":{"rendered":"Director- Leveraged &#038; Acquisition Finance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3194051<\/p>\n<p><h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluating structuring and executing new deals along with the coverage &#038; credit team; the focus will be on fund financing transactions (including capital call \/ subscription line facilities NAV\/asset-backed facilities hybrid facilities co-invest and SMA facilities involving private equity debt credit real estate and infrastructure funds; <\/li>\n<li>Take a proactive approach to deal origination conduct analysis propose debt structures and help develop solutions for clients and help differentiate FAB vis&#8211;vis market competitors; <\/li>\n<li>Hands-on role to modelling documentation and engagement with internal parties and external advisors; <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and efficiently process credit approval packages; <\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing internal framework for internal credit rating of new products; <\/li>\n<li>Run internal models including risk ratings; <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with external credit agencies to obtain credit ratings; <\/li>\n<li>Assist in managing existing loan portfolio and prepare MIS and reports from time to time; <\/li>\n<li>Analyse financing requirements and help develop a point of view in support of senior loan origination team members; <\/li>\n<li>Assist in negotiating terms with borrowers and other lenders and drive documentation based on LMA or LSTA standards; <\/li>\n<li>Work and coach the most junior team members by supporting them in their personal and professional development; <\/li>\n<li>Work in a timely manner taking ownership of projects once allocated. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Budgets Plans &#038; MIS <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure internal reporting is accurate and timely support the Head of LAF on strategic initiatives including budgeting and business planning. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Internal Collaboration <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain strong internal relations and collaborate with Coverage partners Legal Credit and Operations in order to ensure timely execution of transactions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Policies Systems Processes &#038; Procedures <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement departmental policies systems and procedures so that all relevant procedural\/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<p><b>Experience and Skills: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 &#8211; 10 years of experience in structured corporate lending transactions with minimum 3 years experience in fund financing (including capital call \/ subscription line facilities NAV\/asset-backed facilities hybrid facilities co-invest and SMA facilities involving private equity debt credit real estate and infrastructure funds); <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated exposure to Private Equity and Private Credit industry;Strong credit assessment skills including excellent debt\/cash flow modelling experience and knowledge of accounting principles; <\/li>\n<li>Some experience of corporate valuation including DCF CompCos and LBO methodologies; <\/li>\n<li>Good grasp of legal concepts and loan mechanics with first-hand experience documenting loan transactions (LMA and LSTA standard documentation for syndicated leveraged deals); <\/li>\n<li>Some experience dealing with Credit Agencies; <\/li>\n<li>Desire to step up and project manage multi-party financing transactions; <\/li>\n<li>Effective communicator both written and verbal.
