{"id":78287,"date":"2026-04-13T16:50:15","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T12:50:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/project-director-pmcm\/"},"modified":"2026-04-13T16:50:16","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T12:50:16","slug":"project-director-pmcm","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/project-director-pmcm\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Director &#8211; PMCM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3194090<\/p>\n<p><h3>Overview <\/h3>\n<p>We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Project Director &#8211; PMCM (Project Management and Construction Management) to join our team in Dubai United Arab this pivotal role you will lead and oversee large-scale construction projects ensuring their successful delivery on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement project management strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives <\/li>\n<li>Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary project teams fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement <\/li>\n<li>Oversee all aspects of project lifecycle from initiation to closeout ensuring adherence to scope schedule and budget <\/li>\n<li>Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations providing regular updates and resolving conflicts <\/li>\n<li>Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success <\/li>\n<li>Analyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors subcontractors and consultants <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with local construction regulations safety standards and quality control measures <\/li>\n<li>Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies and identify new opportunities <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field; Masters degree in Project Management or MBA preferred <\/li>\n<li>PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required; PRINCE2 certification a plus <\/li>\n<li>17 years of experience in project management and construction management with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects <\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of the construction industry infrastructure development and local regulations in the UAE <\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Primavera P6) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in construction management tools risk management software and financial management systems <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in contract management and stakeholder engagement <\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and negotiation skills <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to make decisive decisions in high-pressure environments <\/li>\n<li>International project experience preferably in the Middle East <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0645\u0639\u0644\u0648\u0645\u0627\u062a \u0625\u0636\u0627\u0641\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<p><b>About AECOM <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
