The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling DX (Direct Expansion) and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems in UAE market. <\/p>\n

  • Business Development: <\/b> Identify and secure new business opportunities for DX and VRF product lines within the target market (contractors, consultants, and developers). <\/li>\n
  • Technical Sales: <\/b> Act as a technical advisor to clients. Bridge the gap between technical requirements and commercial solutions. <\/li>\n
  • Application & Selection: <\/b> Review project specifications, Liasoning with consultant, clinet, contractor technically to provide optimized selections of HVAC equipment (DX\/VRF) based on technical parameters. <\/li>\n
  • Design review: <\/b> Shall have ability to review consultant design, read equipment layouts and give techno commercially best proposal. <\/li>\n
  • Proposal Management: <\/b> Prepare and submit detailed technical and commercial offers (quotations) in line with client requirements. <\/li>\n
  • Relationship Management: <\/b> Build strong relationships with MEP consultants and contractors to get our brands specified in early project stages. <\/li>\n
  • Achieving sales Target : <\/b> Shall have proven record of achieving Sales target and able to monitor weekly progress \/ follow up with customers <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications <\/h3>\n

    • Computers Skills : <\/b> Shall be well conversant with MS office, power points, CRM tool, VRF selection software <\/li>\n
    • Market Intelligence: <\/b> Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new HVAC technologies. <\/li>\n
    • \u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645: <\/b> Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Mechanical Engineering . <\/li>\n
    • \u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/b> 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HVAC sales, specifically with DX Units (Splits, Package, Ducted) and VRF systems. <\/b> <\/li>\n
    • Technical Background: <\/b> A strong technical background on HVAC DX equipment, VRF selection, Consultant exposure for product technical approval is preferred. <\/li>\n
    • Design Skills: <\/b> Basic knowledge of HVAC design principles, including heat load calculation software (e.g., HAP), FAHU Selection software,and equipment selection software. <\/li>\n
    • Communication: <\/b> Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
