Money Laundering Reporting Officer (CO\/MLRO) to lead its compliance and AML\/CFT framework. <\/p>\n<p>Location: Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) | Employment Type: Full\u2011Time | Seniority: Mid\u2011Senior Level <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Regulatory Compliance (DFSA Focus) <\/li>\n<li>Maintain and oversee the compliance framework in accordance with DFSA Rulebooks, including GEN, AML, COB, PIB, and CIR as relevant. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the firm\u2019s policies, procedures, and governance documents meet DFSA standards. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare, review, and submit periodic regulatory returns, notifications, and filings to the DFSA. <\/li>\n<li>Track regulatory changes and implement required updates across the business. <\/li>\n<li>MLRO Responsibilities: act as the firm\u2019s appointed MLRO, responsible for all AML\/CFT obligations under DFSA and UAE Federal requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee KYC\/CDD, onboarding risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring of clients and counterparties. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct investigations and file STR\/SAR reports to the UAE FIU as required. <\/li>\n<li>Deliver AML\/CFT and financial crime training across the firm. <\/li>\n<li>Monitoring, Assurance &#038;
