We are assisting this global brand in building a world\u2011class finance function to support this growth and are seeking a Head of Finance with strong FP&#038;A, strategic finance, and M&#038;A capabilities. The Head of Finance will serve as the financial backbone of the incubator, overseeing FP&#038;A, accounting governance, investor\u2011grade reporting, audit readiness, and capital strategy. This role combines hands\u2011on financial control with a strategic partnership with the Partner and is ideal for someone who has operated in fast\u2011paced product studios, tech startups, or global multi\u2011entity environments. This role has a clear path toward CFO for the portfolio companies and the broader studio. Do you have previous experience working within App Ecosystem Venture Builder companies in a Senior Finance position? <\/p>\n<h3>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <\/h3>\n<h3>Core Financial Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain integrated 3\u2011statement financial models, DCFs, scenario analyses, and cap\u2011table simulations. <\/li>\n<li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple venture entities. <\/li>\n<li>Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and working\u2011capital optimization. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate and timely GAAP\/IFRS accounting, month\u2011end close, revenue recognition, accruals, and cost allocation. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee internal controls, financial systems, and automation (Excel, Anaplan, or similar). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Strategic Partner to the Partner <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Shape business models across app studios, SaaS products, and new incubations. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate unit economics, CAC\/LTV, payback modeling, monetization, and scalability. <\/li>\n<li>Develop scenario plans for best\/worst\/base cases and support strategic decision\u2011making. <\/li>\n<li>Design studio\u2011wide KPIs and dashboards, identify leading indicators of product and financial performance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compliance, Governance &#038; Structuring <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance of international entities. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare for and manage external\/internal audits, board reviews, and investor diligence. <\/li>\n<li>Support global entity structuring, and multi\u2011LLC setups. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Capital Strategy &#038; M&#038;A <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the app\u2011studio acquisition flywheel \u2013 help evaluate, and financial\u2011model potential deals. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct valuations, synergy analyses, and post\u2011acquisition KPIs. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leadership &#038; Cross\u2011Functional Collaboration <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Present insights to Partners and the executive team with executive\u2011ready clarity. <\/li>\n<li>Mentor junior finance talent as needed over time. <\/li>\n<li>Work with relevant stakeholders to align financial discipline. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>CANDIDATE PROFILE <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have previous experience within App Ecosystem Venture Builder companies in a Senior Finance position. <\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in Finance, FP&#038;A, Controlling, or Strategic Finance. <\/li>\n<li>Mastery in financial modelling. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance across complex portfolios. <\/li>\n<li>Strong accounting fundamentals (GAAP\/IFRS). <\/li>\n<li>Experience with multi\u2011entity, multi\u2011currency global operations. <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of unit economics for digital products and mobile apps. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to define and operationalize KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Strong business judgment and ability to partner closely with a founder\/Partner. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in acquisitions and exits. <\/li>\n<li>Comfort performing due diligence, valuations, and deal execution. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in high\u2011volume utility apps, SaaS, or consumer tech is highly preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to navigate the pace and constraints of lean startups as well as enterprise\u2011grade governance. <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication;
