We are looking for a Finance Business Partner (FBP) to work closely with key stakeholders across finance, commercial, and operations teams to drive financial performance, business growth, and strategic decision\u2011making. <\/p>\n<p>This role requires a commercially driven finance professional who can bridge financial analysis with business strategy, ensuring CARMA\u2019s pricing, revenue models, and cost structures support its long\u2011term growth and market expansion. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities3>  <\/h3>\n<p><b>Financial Strategy &#038; Business Partnering <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a strategic advisor to commercial, product, and operations teams, translating financial data into actionable business insights. <\/li>\n<li>Support pricing strategies by analyzing contract profitability, customer lifetime value (CLV), and revenue leakage. <\/li>\n<li>Provide financial insights for commercial decision\u2011making, including pricing optimization, sales incentives, and contract negotiations. <\/li>\n<li>Drive budgeting and forecasting discussions with key business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Lead business case development for new product launches, AI\u2011driven analytics solutions, and international expansion initiatives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Performance Analysis &#038; Revenue Optimization <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and analyze key financial and operational KPIs, such as revenue per client, churn rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and net retention rate. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with sales teams to evaluate deal structures, ensuring profitable growth and sustainable revenue streams. <\/li>\n<li>Support margin analysis across different product lines, regions, and customer segments, identifying profitability drivers. <\/li>\n<li>Identify cost efficiencies in content acquisition, data processing, and technology investments to improve operating margins. <\/li>\n<li>Develop rolling financial forecasts based on real\u2011time sales and operational performance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Commercial &#038; Sales Finance Support <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with sales and marketing teams to assess ROI on client acquisition strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional offers. <\/li>\n<li>Support revenue recognition processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal finance policies. <\/li>\n<li>Provide financial input on contract renewals and multi\u2011region pricing strategies to enhance customer retention. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with account management teams to understand client needs and drive financial solutions that enhance customer value. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Cost Management &#038; Operational Efficiency <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with operations and technology teams to optimize cost structures in media data acquisition, AI\u2011driven analytics, and digital content processing. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with procurement teams to negotiate contracts with technology vendors and data providers, ensuring cost\u2011effectiveness. <\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to automate financial reporting, reducing manual processes and improving efficiency. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Governance &#038; Compliance <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure financial controls and risk management policies are adhered to across all business functions. <\/li>\n<li>Work with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. <\/li>\n<li>Support funding discussions and investment planning, preparing financial insights for executive leadership. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Job Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5\u20117 years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&#038;A, or commercial finance, preferably in media intelligence, SaaS, or data analytics industries. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of subscription\u2011based revenue models, contract pricing, and client retention strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on experience with financial planning tools, dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), and ERP\/CRM systems (Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar). <\/li>\n<li>Advanced financial modeling skills, with expertise in forecasting, scenario planning, and revenue optimization. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial data to non\u2011financial teams. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with AI\u2011driven analytics, digital media platforms, or cloud\u2011based financial reporting tools is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Strong problem\u2011solving mindset, data\u2011driven approach, and strategic thinking capabilities. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
