<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present accurate financial statements to senior management. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives within the property industry. <\/li>\n<li>Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting and tax operations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>A successful Head of Accounting and Tax should have: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA). <\/li>\n<li>Must have experience working within the Africa market. <\/li>\n<li>Must have experience working within the European market. <\/li>\n<li>Strong expertise in accounting standards and tax regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in financial software and tools. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and presentation skills to liaise with stakeholders.
