Private Banking Front Office"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3378084<\/p>\n<p><h3>Job Purpose <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide the portfolio of HNW clients with personalized service to develop close relationships, achieve maximum profitable contribution for both client and bank, and retain their loyalty and respect. <\/li>\n<li>Enhance Private Banking sales\/revenues and promote the cross\u2011selling of bank products to existing clients. <\/li>\n<li>Source new business of Super HNW individuals through referrals, marketing activities, and personal contacts. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure clients are aware of all financial services offered by the bank\u2019s departments\u2014TCM, Trade Finance, Mortgage, Corporate Finance, etc. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Result Areas <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Optimize the potential value of the client base through delivery of Private Banking products and services and actively identify new customers. <\/li>\n<li>Communicate with HNW clients to structure advice based on their needs. <\/li>\n<li>Recognize opportunities to partner with other bank professionals to service client needs and maximize bank revenues. <\/li>\n<li>Maximize profitability from the Private Banking base whilst countering competition from alternative investment\/WM providers. <\/li>\n<li>Safeguard the bank from potential loss, AML fraud, and ensure ethical behavior. <\/li>\n<li>Safeguard the banks\u2019 reputation by ensuring ethical professional behavior at all times before, during, and after sales. <\/li>\n<li>Enhance market profile and awareness. <\/li>\n<li>Achieve revenue goals, sales, and portfolio growth targets across a range of products and services (Investments, Term Deposits, CASA balances, TCM, FX trading, share financing, etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Acquire new to bank NHW clients. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain a superior customer service experience for clients, including pre\u2011empting issues and proactive servicing. <\/li>\n<li>Minimize customer attrition. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain proactive client contact. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Knowledge, Skills and Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>University Graduate. <\/li>\n<li>Strong numerical, selling, and investment\/financial market knowledge. <\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity. <\/li>\n<li>Relationship management and networking skills; extrovert\/amiable personality. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 12\u201315 years\u2019 experience in a similar role with another bank\/financial services company in the UAE, and certification from the Securities &#038;
