{"id":78507,"date":"2026-03-08T22:59:52","date_gmt":"2026-03-08T18:59:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/trade-finance-senior-executive\/"},"modified":"2026-03-08T22:59:53","modified_gmt":"2026-03-08T18:59:53","slug":"trade-finance-senior-executive","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/trade-finance-senior-executive\/","title":{"rendered":"Trade Finance Senior Executive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3313558<\/p>\n<p><h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring and ensuring the bank liabilities are addressed on the respective due dates. <\/li>\n<li>Providing inputs to department heads\/management for the clearance of the liabilities and alerting in case of shortfall to address the same. <\/li>\n<li>Liaising with Sales co-ordinating team to receive the expected cash inflow by means of advances and through planned deliveries. <\/li>\n<li>Sharing the liability and the receivable reports\/inputs to department heads to discuss the cash flow management. <\/li>\n<li>Informing Sales team on the export LC requirement with each banks and allocating the export LCs to respective banks to meet the credit conditions and to open import transactions. <\/li>\n<li>Reviewing the LC draft\/application based on the Sales order and informing Sales team on the amendments required. <\/li>\n<li>Liaising with Sales team and ensuring the shipments are planned within the latest shipment date mentioned in the LC and informing them to extend if the LDS is expired. <\/li>\n<li>Assisting departments heads in the working capital facility renewal with banks and sharing the necessary documents\/reports to banks as required. <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the export LC document proceeds from bank and the CAD document proceeds from customer are received on time by liaising with bank and sales team. <\/li>\n<li>Liaising with procurement team for the import requirements and arranging transactions in respective banks based on the available limits. <\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the open account payments to the suppliers and arranging cash\/LC\/TR payments based on our cash and the limit positions with the bank. <\/li>\n<li>Addressing the bank queries related to our accounts\/working capital facilities and arranging the necessary documents to the banks as required. <\/li>\n<li>Assigning the export LC\/receivables to the banks as per the credit conditions and ensuring the limit positions are in line with the bank records. <\/li>\n<li>Sharing the bank transactions\/advice copies to the concerned team members and informing them to pass necessary entries in SAP\/daily report files. <\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the day-to-day activities of the team members and ensuring the process are being followed and addressing the queries\/escalations (if any). <\/li>\n<li>Addressing the trade finance queries from both internal and external stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the SAP entries and the daily report entries are properly updated\/matched by the team members. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Confident, self-motivated individual that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of bank related business systems and general technology such as Ms office package <\/li>\n<li>Degree in EXIM, CDCS, Business, Economics, Finance\/Accounting, International Relations or similar <\/li>\n<li>UAE experience must <\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing industry experience preferable <\/li>\n<li>Good Communication &#038;
