alignment with regulatory expectations and global best practices. <\/p>\n<p>Act as the primary architect of the organization\u2019s resilience framework, ensuring seamless integration with risk management and corporate strategies. <\/p>\n<h3>Leadership In Business Continuity And Resilience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute a forward\u2011looking enterprise resilience strategy that ensures the bank\u2019s ability to mitigate disruptions and maintain critical operations. <\/li>\n<li>Design and implement a comprehensive Operational Resilience Framework, aligned with regulatory guidelines and internal risk appetite <\/li>\n<li>Embed a culture of resilience across all business groups, aligning continuity practices with organizational objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and global resilience standards. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that resilience plans are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect changes in the business environment and emerging risks <\/li>\n<li>Increase the organization awareness and importance of Business Continuity and Resilience and provide regular training <\/li>\n<li>Chair or participate in operational resilience and risk governance committees <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the development and execution of resilience testing programs, including severe but plausible scenarios <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Comprehensive Business Continuity Planning And Oversight <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and map Important Business Services &#038; processes and define impact tolerances in line with regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the integration of operational resilience with business continuity, disaster recovery, third\u2011party risk management, and incident response strategies <\/li>\n<li>Lead the design, implementation, and testing of robust business continuity and crisis management plans across organization. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular business impact analyses to assess the potential impact of disruptions on the organization <\/li>\n<li>Continuously monitor resilience metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the organization\u2019s resilience <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Risk Assessment and Vulnerability Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct enterprise\u2011wide risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities that could impact business continuity. <\/li>\n<li>Develop risk mitigation strategies to enhance operational adaptability and minimize downtime. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leadership In Crisis Response And Recovery <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the senior lead during
