We enable our customers to staff 30% of their workforce with AI by creating a shared agent architecture for scale and efficiency, powered by our own patented world\u2011class models and deployed in real\u2011world care. <\/p>\n<h3>About the Role <\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019re hiring a Head of Engineering to own and scale Sully.ai\u2019s core product efforts in the UAE, with full responsibility for architecture, execution, reliability, and performance across region\u2011specific healthcare workflows, integrations, and regulatory requirements. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own end\u2011to\u2011end engineering execution for your domain, from architecture and roadmap through delivery and reliability. <\/li>\n<li>Drive step\u2011function latency reductions, targeting at least 50% improvements across note generation and decision\u2011support workflows where applicable. <\/li>\n<li>Design and operate robust observability, metrics, and model\u2011selection systems to ensure consistent performance at scale. <\/li>\n<li>Lead domain\u2011specific execution rituals including daily and weekly standups, backlog ownership in Linear, and tight cross\u2011functional coordination. <\/li>\n<li>Translate product goals into clear dependencies, timelines, and deliverables to keep teams unblocked and shipping. <\/li>\n<li>Operationalize continuous quality evaluation pipelines to improve accuracy, completeness, and reliability of outputs. <\/li>\n<li>Set and enforce engineering best practices across your stack, including code quality, reviews, on\u2011call standards, and operational rigor. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Hard Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Founder\u2011level ownership mindset. You operate like the business depends on your decisions and execution. <\/li>\n<li>Senior, hands\u2011on engineering ability. You actively design systems, write and review production code, and set the technical bar by example. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in high\u2011intensity environments such as YC\u2011backed startups, early\u2011stage companies, or zero\u2011to\u2011one teams where speed and judgment matter. <\/li>\n<li>Comfort with ambiguity. You turn incomplete product direction into clear technical plans and ship without heavy process. <\/li>\n<li>Bias toward leverage and simplicity.
