This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing the overall communications strategy aligned with the Office&#8217;s long\u2011term vision as well as tailored strategies for each individual Expo participation. <\/p>\n<p>The role will drive strategic storytelling narrative development, editorial direction and agency management to ensure the UAE&#8217;s story is communicated clearly, consistently and effectively to key audiences locally and internationally. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Strategy Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain the UAE Expo Office\u2019s master communications strategy ensuring it reflects the Office&#8217;s purpose and ambitions. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the development of communications strategies for each Expo participation aligned with thematic objectives and the national narrative. <\/li>\n<li>Define and oversee the narrative framework, tone of voice and messaging consistency across all channels. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and oversee the deployment of strategic plans aligned to Expo Office goals and objectives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reputation Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop the UAE Expo Office\u2019s reputation management strategy and systems. <\/li>\n<li>Lead issues and crisis management from a communications perspective in close collaboration with leadership. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and develop the UAE Expo Office\u2019s monitoring and horizon\u2011scanning systems from a strategic perspective, overseeing day\u2011to\u2011day activities during each Expo participation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Agency Management &#038; Media <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the appointed communications agency or agencies responsible for planning, implementation and activation. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise media outreach, press events, campaigns and distribution of press materials. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key media stakeholders both in the UAE and internationally. <\/li>\n<li>Serve as the main communications contact with Expo organisers and partner communications teams. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Content &#038; Editorial Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the development of strategic narratives and messaging frameworks for each Expo participation aligned to UAE Expo Office objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the creation and rollout of high\u2011quality content across all platforms including speeches, social media, editorials and promotional materials. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure messaging and tone are consistent across internally and externally developed content. <\/li>\n<li>Translate the UAE\u2019s Expo strategies into clear, compelling stories for target audiences. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Performance &#038; Risk <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define KPIs and lead performance tracking to assess communications impact against strategic goals. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor media coverage and provide regular insights and recommendations to office leadership. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the development and implementation of crisis communications plans, including media readiness and reputational risk assessments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Internal &#038; Cross\u2011Stream Coordination <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with internal teams to align communications with broader office initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities from across the Expo Office\u2019s workstreams that support communications goals and storytelling efforts. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leadership &#038; Budget <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the planning, procurement and management of all external communications partners. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the communications budget ensuring timely and high\u2011quality delivery of outputs. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Skills &#038; Qualifications <\/h3>\n<h3>Education and Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>7 to 10 years of experience in strategic communications, ideally with public sector, cultural or international projects. <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience managing communications agencies and integrated campaigns. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English and Arabic;
