{"id":78740,"date":"2026-03-27T16:22:46","date_gmt":"2026-03-27T12:22:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/senior-manager-manager-process-consulting\/"},"modified":"2026-03-27T16:22:47","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T12:22:47","slug":"senior-manager-manager-process-consulting","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/senior-manager-manager-process-consulting\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Manager\/ Manager \u2013 Process Consulting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3228013<\/p>\n<p><h3>\u0627\u0644\u0648\u0635\u0641 <\/h3>\n<p>In this role, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing process improvement initiatives, business transformation projects, and performance enhancement strategies for clients in the Energy &#038; Utilities (E&#038;U) and Manufacturing sectors. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver Operational Excellence and Process\/Cost Optimization initiatives to enhance client performance. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and support Business Process Reengineering and improvement projects, including the development or update of:\n<ul>\n<li>Policies and Procedures <\/li>\n<li>Delegation of Authority (DoA) Matrices <\/li>\n<li>Internal Control Documentation <\/li>\n<li>Process Transformation (e.g., Procurement, Maintenance, etc.) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Market Assessments, including survey design, implementation, and results reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Perform Process Maturity Assessments and develop Implementation Roadmaps for continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Drive initiatives to improve Operational Efficiency and overall business performance. <\/li>\n<li>Implement standalone ISO Standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 50001, etc.) and Integrated Management Systems (IMS) incorporating multiple standards. <\/li>\n<li>Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable process improvements. <\/li>\n<li>Leverage leading practices across the E&#038;U and Manufacturing industries to deliver effective business consulting solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client&#8217;s business, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams of consultants and industry experts to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with client objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Present ideas, findings, and solutions confidently to clients and senior stakeholders. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Creative and analytical problem solver with strong strategic thinking. <\/li>\n<li>High-energy professional with excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
