We are seeking seasoned strategy professionals at the Senior Manager level to join our growing MENA team. You will lead high\u2011impact engagements, support regional clients, and develop your career through diverse projects and formal learning. <\/p>\n
As a Manager\/Senior Manager at EY-Parthenon, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of strategic consulting engagements, specifically within the Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, and Sustainability sectors. Drawing on your prior experience in a top\u2011tier consulting environment, you will define project objectives in collaboration with senior leadership and ensure execution aligns with EY-Parthenon\u2019s rigorous standards. <\/p>\n
You will work directly with clients to address complex strategic challenges, translating their needs into actionable insights and high\u2011impact deliverables. Your sector expertise will be critical in helping clients navigate industry\u2011specific dynamics. <\/p>\n
You will also be expected to manage project teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables. In addition, you will proactively identify risks, elevate issues appropriately, and contribute to a culture of excellence by mentoring junior team members and supporting their development. <\/p>\n
Solid consulting background with demonstrated experience delivering strategic projects in the Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, and\/or Sustainability. Strong analytical and problem\u2011solving skills are essential, along with the ability to conduct market assessments, develop business strategies, and apply data\u2011driven insights to inform decision\u2011making. <\/p>\n
Candidates should be proficient in using data analytics tools and possess a deep understanding of industry trends. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are required. <\/p>\n
