<\/li>\n<li>Promote positive Colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication trust mutual respect and fun; <\/li>\n<li>Effectively manage the annual Talent &#038; Culture Budget; <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and implement strategic activities to attract and retain talent to the property; <\/li>\n<li>Establish relationships with local schools and colleges\/universities; <\/li>\n<li>Lead Talent &#038; Culture social media initiatives to promote the property as the best place to work; <\/li>\n<li>Lead the recruitment &#038; selection process of all leadership positions; <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and align staffing to business needs; <\/li>\n<li>Assist in monitoring present and future trends in the local labor environment and make appropriate recommendations; <\/li>\n<li>Strong labor relations mediation and negotiations skills with a proven track record; <\/li>\n<li>Follow and implement all Company and brand established onboarding procedures which ensure new employees feel welcome and all team members are prepared for the new colleagues arrival; <\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate and conduct Company and brand specific orientation and training programs; <\/li>\n<li>Organize annual performance review process in line with Company policies procedures and Leadership Competency\/Capability Framework; <\/li>\n<li>Assist Departmental Leaders and Senior Managers with the development of specific action plans to address issues and concerns identified in colleague surveys; <\/li>\n<li>Work with line managers to analyze performance by identifying areas for improvement; <\/li>\n<li>Create an environment which supports open ongoing feedback and coaching to enhance performance; <\/li>\n<li>Establish\/ implement retention strategies to fulfill succession planning and business objectives; <\/li>\n<li>Provide a safe working environment by ensuring local regulations are upheld for workplace health and safety. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications : <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; professional HR certification is highly regarded. <\/li>\n<li>A minimum of five years HR experience ideally within thehospitality sector. <\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of HR best practices with strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication interpersonal and leadership abilities with a polished and professional demeanor. <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in HRIS platforms and related technologies with a commitment to leveraging systems to enhance efficiency and service. <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to form trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. <\/li>\n<li>A genuine passion for people and a commitment to delivering excellence in guest and employee experiences. <\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail focused on doing things accurately and to a high standard. <\/li>\n<li>Able to solve problems and stay calm in busy fast-paced situations;
