The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner with proven leadership skills and strong experience delivering <b>GCSE and A Level Physical Education <\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>This is a key middle leadership role, responsible for curriculum design, teaching quality, staff development, and promoting a culture of health, fitness, and competitive sport across the school. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, manage, and develop the PE department across Secondary and Sixth Form <\/li>\n<li>Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in GCSE and A Level PE <\/li>\n<li>Design and implement an engaging, inclusive, and progressive PE curriculum <\/li>\n<li>Monitor student progress, assessment, and examination outcomes <\/li>\n<li>Support and mentor PE staff, including performance management and professional development <\/li>\n<li>Organise and oversee extracurricular sports programmes, fixtures, and events <\/li>\n<li>Promote student wellbeing, teamwork, and a lifelong love of physical activity <\/li>\n<li>Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to whole-school initiatives and the wider life of the school <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications \/ Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A recognised teaching qualification (B Ed in Physical Education) <\/li>\n<li>Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience teaching GCSE and A Level Physical Education <\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a leadership or coordination role within a PE department <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of British curriculum requirements and examination specifications <\/li>\n<li>Excellent classroom management and organisational skills <\/li>\n<li>A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children <\/li>\n<li>The ability to inspire students and staff through a positive, energetic leadership style <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>GEMS Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all of its students and staff.
