As the business prepares to launch new products and significantly improve existing ones, they\u2019re bringing in principal-level designers to help lead these initiatives and raise the bar across the portfolio. <\/p>\n<p>This is a true Principal role &#8211; not just a title. <\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll sit above individual squads, combining hands-on design with design leadership, strategic oversight, player-coaching, and quality ownership across multiple live and near-launch B2C products. You\u2019ll be reviewing work, setting standards, identifying gaps, and ensuring design decisions scale consistently across the business. <\/p>\n<p>The product portfolio is genuinely varied and interesting: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A data-led product <\/li>\n<li>An education platform <\/li>\n<li>Several other consumer-facing B2C products <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All products are used by real customers, and each comes with very different UX challenges that require thoughtful, contextual decision-making. The organisation also operates across a mix of government and non-government platforms, which adds further complexity and scope to the role. <\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re hiring for two distinct Principal roles <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>UI-Focused Product Design (Principal \/ Senior stepping up) <\/li>\n<li>Focused on elevating creative and UI craft standards across the portfolio. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What they\u2019re looking for: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Very strong visual and UI craft &#8211; pixel-perfect execution matters <\/li>\n<li>Heavily hands-on role with ~25% leadership <\/li>\n<li>Someone who enjoys reviewing work, setting UI standards, and pushing quality <\/li>\n<li>Open to a strong Senior Product Designer ready to step up into a Principal role <\/li>\n<li>End-to-End Product Design (Principal) <\/li>\n<li>Embedded within a newer product portfolio, acting as the design lead for this area of the business <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What they\u2019re looking for: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience across multiple industries <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record designing products from 0 \u2192 1 <\/li>\n<li>Multiple product launches planned for 2026 <\/li>\n<li>A balanced mix of hands-on design, strategic thinking, and leadership <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What both roles have in common <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong B2C product design background <\/li>\n<li>Experience working closely with engineering teams in a proper product environment <\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll work very closely with Product Leads <\/li>\n<li>There\u2019s an existing team of UI\/UX designers \u2014 your role is to lead, challenge, align, and scale design quality across multiple products <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>If you\u2019re a Senior or Principal Product Designer who enjoys: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stepping back and thinking holistically across products <\/li>\n<li>Having genuine influence over how design operates at a portfolio level <\/li>\n<li>Balancing craft, strategy, and leadership <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Discover the Perks; <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Abu Dhabi (on-site) + 1 month fully remote working per year <\/li>\n<li>Package: up to ~38,000 AED\/month + visa + medical insurance + bonus + education allowance <\/li>\n<li>Relocation: basic relocation package available <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply Now!
