This is an <b>embedded leadership role <\/b> with end-to-end accountability for operational excellence, governance, financial performance, and senior stakeholder partnership across a complex learning ecosystem. <\/p>\n<p>This role is designed for a hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will serve as Infopro Learning\u2019s senior onsite representative, providing daily leadership across integrated learning services while shaping long-term stability, performance, and innovation within a mature enterprise environment. <\/p>\n<p>This role is best suited for a leader who enjoys being close to delivery, making day-to-day decisions onsite, and directly unblocking teams. <\/p>\n<p>This is a <b>full-time Infopro Learning employment role <\/b> and requires sustained onsite presence in the UAE. <\/p>\n<h3>What You Will Own <\/h3>\n<p><b>Onsite Leadership and Operational Oversight <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide consistent, visible onsite leadership across enterprise learning operations environments in the UAE <\/li>\n<li>Own day-to-day operational performance, service quality, and issue resolution across multiple integrated workstreams <\/li>\n<li>Monitor real-time delivery metrics and intervene proactively to maintain service excellence <\/li>\n<li>Lead regular operational reviews with embedded leaders to ensure alignment, escalation, and accountability <\/li>\n<li>Build trust and confidence through strong, credible leadership presence with senior enterprise stakeholders <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Strategic Partnership and Engagement Leadership <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the senior relationship owner for a complex learning engagement, engaging senior operational and business leaders <\/li>\n<li>Shape and execute an account strategy aligned to enterprise priorities and Infopro Learning\u2019s regional growth objectives <\/li>\n<li>Lead quarterly performance and planning reviews focused on outcomes, value realization, and continuous improvement <\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for capability expansion, scope evolution, and long-term partnership growth <\/li>\n<li>Step in directly with hands\u2011on advisory support across the learning lifecycle when required <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Governance, Risk, and Quality Management <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute and maintain robust governance frameworks aligned to contractual commitments and service standards <\/li>\n<li>Chair governance forums and provide transparent reporting on performance, risks, and improvement initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Enforce quality assurance, compliance, and escalation protocols across all delivery activities <\/li>\n<li>Lead risk identification and resolution for high-impact operational or commercial issues <\/li>\n<li>Maintain clear documentation of decisions, performance metrics, and governance outcomes <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Cross\u2011Functional Integration <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Orchestrate seamless collaboration across multiple learning and operations functions <\/li>\n<li>Break down silos and foster shared accountability for enterprise outcomes <\/li>\n<li>Lead cross\u2011functional planning to align priorities, dependencies, and resource deployment <\/li>\n<li>Ensure a consistent, high\u2011quality experience across all engagement touchpoints <\/li>\n<li>Drive knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices across teams <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Financial and Commercial Accountability <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own financial performance for the engagement in partnership with Infopro Learning regional leadership <\/li>\n<li>Oversee workforce planning, capacity management, and resource optimization <\/li>\n<li>Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and financial performance metrics <\/li>\n<li>Manage scope changes, commercial discussions, and contract performance <\/li>\n<li>Balance margin optimization with service quality and stakeholder satisfaction <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Team Leadership and Development <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and inspire a high\u2011performing, onsite Infopro Learning team across multiple disciplines <\/li>\n<li>Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and operational excellence <\/li>\n<li>Coach and develop embedded leaders through regular one\u2011on\u2011ones and performance feedback <\/li>\n<li>Champion talent development, engagement, and retention within the team <\/li>\n<li>Build a strong shared identity as an integrated Infopro Learning\u2011led delivery organization <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h3>What We\u2019re Looking For <\/h3>\n<p><b>Required Experience <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approximately <b>8\u201312 years <\/b> of experience in L&#038;D consulting, outsourcing, or managed services environments <\/li>\n<li>Proven hands\u2011on leadership of enterprise\u2011scale learning operations with significant onsite responsibility <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing complex learning engagements with operational and financial accountability <\/li>\n<li>Strong background in learning strategy and capability delivery within manufacturing, industrial, or asset\u2011intensive environments <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success leading cross\u2011functional teams across multiple workstreams <\/li>\n<li>Track record serving as the primary senior interface for enterprise stakeholders per week across enterprise learning operations environments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role requires frequent local travel between sites as part of normal responsibilities.
