As a key technical leader you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of transportation infrastructure in the region leveraging your expertise to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and oversee the design and implementation of complex road and highway projects throughout the UAE and wider Middle East region <\/li>\n<li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment <\/li>\n<li>Develop cutting-edge solutions for transportation infrastructure challenges with a focus on sustainability and efficiency <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with local UAE and international design standards and regulations <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget <\/li>\n<li>Conduct thorough technical reviews and quality assurance checks on project deliverables demonstrating keen attention to detail <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to business development efforts and proposal writing showcasing analytical and visionary thinking <\/li>\n<li>Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in road and highway engineering driving innovation within the organisation <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM Infrastructure projects <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering;
