The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, understands luxury service standards, and excels at closing deals while maintaining long-term client relationships. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Source, negotiate, and book private charter solutions tailored to client needs <\/li>\n<li>Build and manage strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and industry partners <\/li>\n<li>Advise clients on aircraft\/vessel options, pricing, availability, and logistics <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate end-to-end charter logistics including scheduling, permits, crew, catering, and special requests <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of bookings, client preferences, and transactions in CRM systems <\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends, fleet availability, and competitor offerings <\/li>\n<li>Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and outbound sales efforts <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies <\/li>\n<li>Provide exceptional, discreet, and responsive customer service before, during, and after each charter <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of experience in private charter brokerage, luxury travel sales, or aviation\/yachting (preferred) <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets <\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation and closing skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities <\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple bookings under tight deadlines <\/li>\n<li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail <\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in CRM systems and charter management tools <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of aviation or maritime regulations is a strong plus <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills &#038;
