Build Contractor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3245106<\/p>\n<p><h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<p>Provide support and guidance to the site teams to facilitate delivery of construction, coordinating logistics, permitting, commissioning and handover activities to technical, budget, schedule and quality requirements. <\/p>\n<p>Interface with the Client, Construction Supervisors and the Controls and Commercial Teams to ensure consistent reporting of a level that allows timely decisions to be made. <\/p>\n<p>Ensure the availability and implementation of an effective operations strategy, standards, policies, procedures and best practices <\/p>\n<p>Interface with the Engineering Team to ensure the appropriate level of support is provided to the site teams to facilitate resolution of design solutions that promote constructability and value engineering. <\/p>\n<p>Review the performance of the site teams and the sub contractors and take appropriate action where improvements are required. <\/p>\n<p>Provide task force support to each project during start up and to resolve problems during construction. <\/p>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant construction experience in a Key Lead role during the set up and execution of Large Complex Building projects working for International Main Contractors. <\/li>\n<li>Previous Abu Dhabi experience or candidates currently based in that location will be preferred as up to date market knowledge and established client\/consultant relationships will be an advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Experience and skilled in leading projects in excess of circa 500 million aed <\/li>\n<li>Min 15 years post graduate experience. <\/li>\n<li>BSc in related subject. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English language both written and spoken. <\/li>\n<li>Please contact me at   for further details <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-03-27 08:34:20<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1347],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-79056","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-management-operations","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1347":"Management &amp;
