PMO area whose mission is to move IT closer to the business building a trustworthy relationship between IT and the different business units and transforming IT into a tool of developing and executing the business. <\/p>\n<p>The responsible Project Manager within the IHS Group will make sure that each assigned project is delivered on time within budget and scope, with high quality and in accordance with the project goals. <\/p>\n<p>The overall goal for the role is to coordinate the delivery of the project with the different Business Stakeholders (Business Owners, Customers) and IT units (BPMs, EA, Infrastructure, Application Managers, QA, etc). <\/p>\n<p>The role requires frequent travel to Nigeria and other IHS markets for long and short stays depending on the project needs. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure each assigned project is delivered on time within budget and scope, with high quality and in accordance with the project goals. <\/li>\n<li>Travel frequently to Nigeria and other IHS markets for long and short stays depending on project needs. <\/li>\n<li>Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. <\/li>\n<li>Planning: develop a project plan in both waterfall and agile methodologies. <\/li>\n<li>Budget Control: monitor the budget for each project. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate internal resources and third parties\/vendors for project execution. <\/li>\n<li>Capacity Management: ensure resource allocation. <\/li>\n<li>Follow up development and coordinate development and implementation among different teams. <\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships between stakeholders such as Customers, Vendors, Business Units, Architecture, Development, Infrastructure, QA, and others. <\/li>\n<li>Perform risk management in conjunction with the above-mentioned stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation: reporting, communication strategy, stakeholder management, planning, and budgeting. <\/li>\n<li>Assume responsibility for solving problems and communicating effectively across all levels, engaging and inspiring senior levels internally and externally. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate cultural awareness within a multi-cultural corporate environment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<p><strong>Functional <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certified in at least one PM methodology (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Agile Project Management <\/li>\n<li>Overall understanding of IT (Architecture, Development, Infrastructure) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Behavioral <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Motivate staff and create a space where they can ask questions and voice concerns in a transparent fashion. <\/li>\n<li>Develop productive relationships with business leaders to influence how applications can enable new sources of value. <\/li>\n<li>Cooperation\/Teamwork: Works harmoniously with others to get a job done;
