Their role is to integrate the application with all required systems and services and provide a clean and easy way to use API for the frontend part of the system. Although their work is usually hidden from the user they bear the full responsibility for the application functionality, performance and scalability. Responsibility <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of key decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations while effectively managing resources <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accountability for the overall success of QPM commitments <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Knowledge, Skills and Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience as a backend developer in common languages and frameworks (Java Spring Boot, NodeJS, etc.), functional programming in Scala <\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented programming and SOLID <\/li>\n<li>Experience with autonomous services oriented RESTful API services and performance tuning large-scale apps <\/li>\n<li>Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL stores: MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Couchbase, etc.) <\/li>\n<li>Experience integrating with JavaScript frameworks (React, AngularJS, etc.) is a plus <\/li>\n<li>Ability to write effective unit, integration, and API tests <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of immutable infrastructure, infrastructure automation and provisioning tools is a plus <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Agile methodologies;
