This role blends <b>hospitality retail flair and creative storytelling <\/b> ensuring both spaces deliver an exceptional guest experience aligned with the SO\/ brand DNA. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Lobby Lounge Operations <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee daily operations of the Lobby Lounge ensuring seamless service and a stylish welcoming atmosphere. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized and intuitive service. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the culinary and mixology teams to maintain innovative menus signature drinks and seasonal activations. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor guest satisfaction resolve issues efficiently and ensure brand standards are consistently met. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Concept Store Operations <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the daily retail operations of the Concept Store ensuring visual merchandising stock management and sales performance align with brand expectations. <\/li>\n<li>Curate and showcase a selection of high-end fashion design and lifestyle items that resonate with SO\/s chic and contemporary aesthetic. <\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with retail partners and local designers to maintain fresh and exclusive product offerings. <\/li>\n<li>Train and inspire the team to provide elevated story-driven retail service. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leadership &#038; Collaboration <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruit train and motivate team members for both areas ensuring a culture of creativity excellence and brand passion. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Marketing and Events to design cross-promotions collaborations and pop-up activations connecting the Lobby Lounge and Concept Store experiences. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze performance metrics implement improvement plans and drive revenue growth through innovative ideas and premium guest engagement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in <b>hospitality or retail management <\/b> preferably in a lifestyle or luxury environment. <\/li>\n<li>Strong background in <b>F&#038;B service and\/or boutique retail operations <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Passion for <b>fashion design and contemporary culture <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership communication and guest relation skills. <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English;
