You will be responsible for managing relations with the client, identifying opportunities to further grow relations and unlock potential growth, while also managing a team to ensure the day-to-day responsibilities are met.**Key Roles and Responsibilities*** Act as the senior client point of contact, providing trusted senior counsel and accountable for client satisfaction, quality of delivery, corporate reputation, and overall profitability.* Support private-sector and government clients, contributing to key pitches and senior-level client meetings.* Build and maintain strong client, media, and external stakeholder relationships at a senior level.* Guide clients and internal teams to achieve business objectives through strategic and creative ideas that deliver measurable impact.* Manage global media relations, safeguarding and enhancing corporate reputation.* Partner with Business and Resource Managers to ensure profitability targets, effective resourcing, and operational efficiency.* Strong understanding of sector landscape to help inform clients of best practice, share recommendations, and protect client interests and reputation.* Ability to develop accurate commercials and contributed to new business development to grow the Edelman business.* Lead the development and execution of Client Development Plans, driving business growth and diversification while strengthening team capability through best-practice sharing and skills development.**Knowledge and Skills*** Minimum of 10 years\u2019 experience within a communications\/PR agency environment, with a focus on technology clients; Middle East experience is advantageous.* Excellent interpersonal communications skills, and can work in an agile, lean environment in which we collaborate in real-time with clients and partners.* Track record developing and executing successful communications strategies and programmes.* Possess strong leadership qualities and have in-depth experience effectively managing a group and helping employees grow.* Excellent understanding of the media landscape, and ability to collaborate and communicate with multiple internal stakeholders, including strategic planning and creative.* Demonstrate ability to lead and convert new business opportunities.* Experience managing finances, including budget development, management, resourcing and forecasting.* Team player who is focused on developing a collaborative work ethic within account teams and is committed to ensuring an excellent work environment.* An opportunity to shape your future and work with some of the smartest and most energetic people in the PR industry, who will nurture, challenge, and enable you.* We offer hybrid work environment where you can work from home twice in a week.* Big potential for personal growth, training, and further development of skills* A dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive culture, where diversity is embraced \u2013 and you are celebrated and appreciated for who you are.* A huge variety of virtual learning and development resources to support your personal and professional growth.*If you apply, we will review your fit against the position criteria and feedback to you.
