You will partner closely with Finance and senior leadership to align supply chain strategy with financial objectives Emiratization goals and long-term sustainability plans. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support financial targets business objectives and Emiratization initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with executive leadership on growth stability and sustainability projects <\/li>\n<li>Build and sustain strategic relationships with suppliers vendors and partners for reliable cost-effective sourcing <\/li>\n<li>Serve as the central liaison between Supply Chain and other business units to ensure seamless collaboration <\/li>\n<li>Lead coach and inspire a high-performing supply chain team fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence <\/li>\n<li>Identify and mitigate risks (e.g. disruptions regulatory compliance financial impacts) across the supply chain <\/li>\n<li>Champion best practices and innovative solutions to drive efficiency and competitive advantage <\/li>\n<li>Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial planning for the supply chain function <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present performance reports financial analyses and strategic recommendations to the executive team <\/li>\n<li>Ensure training and development programs equip team members with the necessary technical and behavioral skills <\/li>\n<li>Embed corporate excellence sustainability and institutional standards within all supply chain activities <\/li>\n<li>Guide annual operational planning in line with the organisation s strategic roadmap <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<p>To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Emirati national (only) <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration Engineering or related discipline (Master s preferred) <\/li>\n<li>12 years of progressive supply chain experience including 5 years in a senior leadership role <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in contracts &#038;
