This role will be responsible for owning the business units strategy go-to-market (GTM) execution growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership technical depth and a clear understanding of enterprise business processes to support CNSs overall objectives and deliver client-centric solutions. <\/p>\n<h3>DUTIES &#038; RESPONSIBILITIES <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Strategic &#038; Business Leadership <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with CNSs business goals for the Applications BU. <\/li>\n<li>Define go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and market presence. <\/li>\n<li>Identify emerging technologies market trends and business opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all initiatives are in line with business targets and timelines. <\/li>\n<li><b>Delivery &#038; Operational Excellence <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the full software development lifecycle from requirement gathering and planning to deployment and support. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure delivery excellence including timeliness quality standards and budget adherence. <\/li>\n<li>Establish and enforce best practices development methodologies and performance standards. <\/li>\n<li><b>Client Engagement &#038; Satisfaction <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Engage with key clients to understand business needs and technical requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain long-term relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention. <\/li>\n<li>Address escalations and ensure proactive communication with clients. <\/li>\n<li><b>Financial Management <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Own and manage the BUs P&#038;L including revenue forecasting budgeting and cost control. <\/li>\n<li>Implement cost-optimization strategies while pursuing new revenue opportunities. <\/li>\n<li><b>People &#038; Cross-Functional Collaboration <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Lead mentor and develop high-performing technical and functional teams. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with sales marketing pre-sales and other BUs to ensure alignment on project and delivery goals. <\/li>\n<li>Promote a culture of innovation collaboration and accountability. <\/li>\n<li><b>Risk Compliance &#038; Governance <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Ensure projects and solutions are compliant with industry regulations data protection standards and internal policies. <\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify and mitigate project and business risks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Desired: Masters degree is preferred. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in software development with at least 8 years in a leadership role overseeing application development delivery or business unit management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills &#038;
