This team of designers, scientists and product managers work in a highly collaborative environment to build the products and experiences that bring our community together in new and special ways. <\/p>\n<h3>What you\u2019ll do <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with senior members of the team to manage flawless execution of best-in-class research and industry thought leadership (scoping, RFP, questionnaire development, data checks, analysis, story development, presentation). <\/li>\n<li>Link research methodologies and survey questions to larger business strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with external agencies and elevate the output of research by providing clear, sound and strategic feedback. <\/li>\n<li>Communicate complex audience and ads research results to internal and external audiences (research partners, agencies, internal stakeholders) through co-development of written decks or blogs and presentations. <\/li>\n<li>Work with cross\u2011functional partners both internally and externally on go\u2011to\u2011market planning for completed research. <\/li>\n<li>Explore hypothesis using first\u2011party data related to causal and observational research. <\/li>\n<li>Identify novel techniques for data analysis, questioning and visualizing and in some cases innovative partners to work with. <\/li>\n<li>Present your work to audiences of all levels across the organization internally and externally. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Knowledge, Skills &#038; Abilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Must have: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in both quantitative and qualitative research is a must. <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of the GCC region (especially KSA) and its consumer trends is mandatory. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to structure and conduct analysis to generate insight and recommendations beyond superficial data reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in leading regional consumer research with a clear distinction between different GCC countries. <\/li>\n<li>Clear and concise communication; comfortable with presenting insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of English \/ ability to co\u2011draft white papers. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Advantageous to have: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>A solid understanding of Snapchat and the digital advertising ecosystem. <\/li>\n<li>Interest in advanced analytics, data interrogation and storytelling. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Arabic is a significant plus. <\/li>\n<li>We\u2019re looking for candidates who can start immediately or within one month. <\/li>\n<li>Exposure to media planning and measurement is a plus. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Minimum Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in social sciences, business field, economics, mathematics or equivalent years of experience. <\/li>\n<li>7 years of experience working with first\u2011party audience and consumer or ads research at a leading ad platform, agency or research firm. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with executing research including questionnaire development, analysis and supporting development of thought leadership. <\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience with GCC consumer and markets. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced degree in business, marketing, psychology, sociology or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Great presentation skills. <\/li>\n<li>Passion for the Snapchat platform and interest in emerging AR technologies. <\/li>\n<li>Beginner \u2013 Intermediate SQL experience or knowledge \u2013 Ability to extract data and analyze an extracted data set is preferable. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Equal Opportunity <\/h3>\n<p>If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation please don\u2019t be shy and provide us some information. <\/p>\n<h3>Default Together Policy at Snap <\/h3>\n<p>At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration.
