If you need support during your application please contact us. <\/p>\n<h3>Your Tasks <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide comprehensive IT support for the MAN partner network encompassing ticketing<br \/>registration processes and system-related partner onboarding. <\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary IT helpdesk delivering user support for MAN partner systems. <\/li>\n<li>Manage demand and requirements effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact for all aspects of the partner system landscape working in<br \/>close collaboration with system owners Area Sales Managers and HQ IT. <\/li>\n<li>Support Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) initiatives based on LeanIX. <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the IT setup for new partners. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all IT topics of our Sales offices in Australia Mexico Chile and future<br \/>locations. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure seamless business operations for sales colleagues in MAN sales offices. <\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic IT input for global partner management projects at MAN. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and contribute to global projects within the Retail IT organization. <\/li>\n<li>Foster collaboration with IT managers worldwide the HQ network department and Area<br \/>Sales Managers. <\/li>\n<li>Engage in international collaboration with other VW-Group &#038; TRATON-Group entities on<br \/>IT topics and partner integration. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Your Qualification <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree in business information systems computer science or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations. <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work effectively within a global IT team. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in the commercial vehicle industry is preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in IT applications such as ERP and DMS;
