He \/ She shall work closely with relationship managers in Coverage as well as other internal stakeholders to further develop strategic relationships with a variety of obligors (corporates sovereigns family groups GREs investors and financial institutions) by identifying flow and structured lending solutions aligned to FABs risk parameters and targets. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Accountabilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Meeting Clients\/Sponsors <\/li>\n<li>Originating structuring and executing new deals along with the coverage &#038; credit team <\/li>\n<li>Take a proactive approach to deal origination and develop solutions that can form the basis of future business opportunities and help differentiate FAB vis\u2013vis market competitors <\/li>\n<li>Review the existing loan portfolio client GKAPs and identify opportunities to secure existing loans business through a combination of refinancing and restructuring <\/li>\n<li>Analyse and scrutinise deal structures and underlying businesses through building and sensitising financial models, independent reports or other diligence to ensure that transactions are robust and meet the bank&#8217;s criteria <\/li>\n<li>Take the lead in negotiating terms with borrowers and other lenders whether at initial stage or at definitive documentation stage <\/li>\n<li>Work in a timely manner taking ownership of projects once allocated and delegating where appropriate <\/li>\n<li>Remain current and develop a view on market developments related to pricing structure economics and legal aspects <\/li>\n<li>Ensure internal reporting is accurate and timely and support the Head of LCM &#038; SF on strategic initiatives including budgeting and business planning <\/li>\n<li>Help contribute to the GCF and IB&#038;M budget in addition to cross selling opportunities for our GM Agency &#038; DCM businesses <\/li>\n<li><b>Budgets and Plans <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the preparation of the sub\u2011departmental budget and make the Head of LCM &#038; SF aware of performance gaps with suggestions to rectify and improve performance <\/li>\n<li><b>Internal Collaboration <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong internal relations and collaborate with Coverage partners (IB FI International PCG) in order to maximise revenue and deepen FABs relationships <\/li>\n<li>Develop service level targets and manage the coordination of the section with other departments to meet service expectations <\/li>\n<li><b>Policies Systems Processes &#038; Procedures <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Implement departmental policies systems and procedure so that all relevant procedural\/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost\u2011effective service <\/li>\n<li><b>MIS and Reports <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Supervise and provide inputs in the preparation of timely and accurate sub\u2011departmental statements and reports to meet FABs and departmental requirements, policies and standards <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Minimum Qualification: <\/b> Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline <\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of regional Loan Capital Markets and FABs products and business strategies <\/li>\n<li>Good understanding and working knowledge of debt markets and syndicated loan &#038;
