This is a true CEO Office \/ Chief of Staff <\/b> role: high trust, high pace, high ownership. <\/p>\n

You\u2019ll work directly with the CEO to drive the company\u2019s most important priorities across growth, partnerships, execution, and operating cadence. If you like turning ambiguity into action\u2014and shipping weekly\u2014this will be a career-defining seat. <\/p>\n

What you\u2019ll do <\/h3>\n

You\u2019ll own and run a rotating set of \u201ctop priority\u201d initiatives, including: <\/p>\n

    \n
  • Operating cadence: <\/b> weekly exec rhythm, OKRs, decision logs, leadership prep <\/li>\n
  • Growth & launch execution: <\/b> define hypotheses, coordinate execution, measure impact <\/li>\n
  • Company performance: <\/b> build and maintain a simple \u201csource of truth\u201d on metrics (activation, engagement, retention, unit economics) <\/li>\n
  • Special projects: <\/b> whatever matters most that week (it\u2019ll change often) <\/li>\n
  • Cross-functional delivery: <\/b> align product\/engineering\/ops\/commercial so things actually ship <\/li>\n
  • External stakeholder support: <\/b> partner updates, key narratives, and prep for important meetings <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What success looks like (first 90 days) <\/h3>\n
