This is not a passive leadership role. We are looking for a senior technologist and solution architect who has built and scaled SaaS platforms, led large engineering teams, and can clearly articulate architecture, AI decisions, and trade\u2011offs at both technical and business levels. <\/p>\n<h3>What You Will Do <\/h3>\n<h3>Technology &#038; Architecture <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and evolve AllUp\u2019s SaaS platform architecture. <\/li>\n<li>Design and review microservices\u2011based systems that are scalable, secure, and reliable. <\/li>\n<li>Be hands\u2011on with AWS architecture and cloud services. <\/li>\n<li>Lead architectural decisions across APIs, data, integrations, and platform scalability. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, security, and observability. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>AI\u2011Driven Product Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute hands\u2011on experience in building SaaS products using AI. <\/li>\n<li>Clearly explain previous AI use\u2011cases, implementation choices, and real production outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with product and business teams to translate AI opportunities into real features. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Engineering Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and scale engineering teams of 25+ people. <\/li>\n<li>Manage senior engineers and engineering managers. <\/li>\n<li>Establish strong engineering processes, accountability, and delivery discipline. <\/li>\n<li>Mentor future technical leaders. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder &#038; Customer Engagement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Represent AllUp\u2019s technology confidently in front of:\n<ul>\n<li>Customers <\/li>\n<li>Partners <\/li>\n<li>Internal stakeholders <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Explain complex technical topics in clear business language. <\/li>\n<li>Support enterprise sales and customer discussions when needed. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Problem Solving &#038;
