The CFO provides comprehensive financial and operational direction overseeing budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation and performance management. <\/p>\n<h3>Tasks &#038; Activities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define long\u2011term financial vision aligned with healthcare organizational goals <\/li>\n<li>Influence executive decision\u2011making with clear financial insights <\/li>\n<li>Foster a culture of accountability and results orientation <\/li>\n<li>Develop robust budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and control operational costs and profitability <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate financial risks and implement mitigation strategies <\/li>\n<li>Understand healthcare delivery models and revenue cycle management (good\u2011to\u2011have) <\/li>\n<li>Monitor departmental KPIs to improve efficiency and service quality <\/li>\n<li>Implement financial systems that support operational excellence <\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to UAE healthcare regulations and statutory requirements <\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain strong internal control frameworks <\/li>\n<li>Monitor compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards <\/li>\n<li>Oversee audit processes and implement recommendations <\/li>\n<li>Develop business cases for investments and expansions <\/li>\n<li>Monitor post\u2011acquisition integration and performance <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field <\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Management preferred <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a Tier 1 Hospital <\/li>\n<li>Professional finance qualification mandatory (CA, CPA, ACCA or CFA) <\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in hospital or multi\u2011facility healthcare operations, including budgeting, revenue cycle management and financial oversight <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in strategic planning, corporate development and mergers &#038;
