2 HVAC, lighting and energy audits and performance assessments, particularly focusing on HVAC systems and high-consumption areas. <\/li>\n<li>Review and analyze monthly consumption reports from TAQA, DEWA, SEWA, and FEWA to identify anomalies, unusual usage, trends and identify the buildings for improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and follow up with internal teams to ensure proper execution of energy initiatives and sharing of data on time (utility bills, equipment logs etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Supervise the implementation of Energy Conservation Measures including the replacement of outdated chillers and air conditioning units, transition to LED lighting, installation of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) on motors, and water\u2011saving retrofits and plumbing upgrades. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the long\u2011term performance of energy systems and vendors, providing input for contract renewals, system upgrades or vendor changes. <\/li>\n<li>Assess 7X buildings for potential upgrades to meet green building standards (e.g., Estidama, LEED). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recommend and evaluate emerging energy\u2011efficient technologies and practical energy\u2011saving measures to meet operational and sustainability targets. <\/p>\n<h3>Project Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and execute retrofit projects including planning, testing and handover by collaborating with relevant stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Develop technical proposals, cost estimates and implementation timelines for energy\u2011saving projects and participate in vendor selection and negotiations. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor the implementation of energy\u2011saving projects including technical support; ensuring timely delivery, quality and alignment with defined objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Engineering Director to implement Energy Management Plans (includes Retrofitting equipment for energy efficiency, switching to renewable energy sources, Implementing building automation systems) to support the organization&#8217;s environmental sustainability goals. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Synergies with Stakeholders <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with Procurement to develop new contracts pertaining to energy\u2011saving projects and the necessary commercial review of the contracts. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure energy\u2011saving initiatives are carried out in an efficient and timely manner. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reports <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and present an annual energy savings report summarizing energy saving initiatives, outcomes and recommendations to the Engineering Director for effective decision\u2011making. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Other Tasks <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform any other responsibilities relating to this job request or work task as allocated by the Line Manager. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>COMMUNICATION &#038; COMPETENCIES <\/b> <\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications and Knowledge: <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Energy Management, Mechanical\/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. <\/p>\n<p>Holds Certification in Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or equivalent <\/p>\n<p>Training in Energy audit methodologies, Energy Management Systems (EMS) &#038; HVAC, Lighting and Building automation systems. <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>5-7 years of experience in Energy\u2011saving project design &#038; retrofit implementation, Utility data analysis and energy performance reporting. <\/p>\n<p><b>Job Specific Skills (Technical Competencies): <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>In-depth understanding of energy efficiency strategies for HVAC, lighting and equipment <\/p>\n<p>Project Management <\/p>\n<p>Solid understanding of UAE energy codes and standards <\/p>\n<p>Knowledge of utility billing systems and benchmarking tools <\/p>\n<p>Energy\u2011saving project implementation and coordination <\/p>\n<p>Utility data analysis and energy performance reporting <\/p>\n<p>Vendor and stakeholder management for energy\u2011related projects <\/p>\n<p>Strong analytical and data interpretation skills <\/p>\n<p><b>Generic Skills (Behaviours Competencies): <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>(As Per Competencies Dictionary available on the Intranet) <\/p>\n<p>Holding People Accountable and taking accountability &#8211;
