The entity holds <b>pre\u2011approval for a CAT\u20113C licence in DIFC <\/b> and is seeking an operator\u2011leader who can raise institutional capital, launch and manage funds, and build a best\u2011in\u2011class investment platform. <\/p>\n<p>This is a high\u2011visibility, founder\u2011adjacent role \u2014 ideal for a rainmaker who combines fundraising muscle with fund management, governance and operational delivery. <\/p>\n<h3>Key responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the asset management business: strategy, P&#038;L accountability, product roadmap and go-to-market. <\/li>\n<li>Raise seed and anchor capital (initial target <b>USD 50\u2013100M <\/b> in year one) and scale AUM thereafter. <\/li>\n<li>Structure, launch and manage collective investment funds under DIFC\/DFSA regulatory regime (CAT\u20113C). <\/li>\n<li>Build and lead the investment team \u2014 portfolio managers, analysts, operations, and investor relations. <\/li>\n<li>Direct investor relations and fundraising: pitch LPs, family offices, institutional investors and anchor partners. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee governance, reporting and board\/shareholder engagement \u2014 prepare IC materials, board packs and investor updates. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure regulatory, compliance and AML frameworks are fit for purpose; liaise with DIFC\/DFSA and external counsel\/auditors. <\/li>\n<li>Establish robust risk management, valuation, and portfolio governance practices. <\/li>\n<li>Drive distribution partnerships and strategic alliances across GCC, UK and South Asia as relevant. <\/li>\n<li>Act as the public face of the platform for investor meetings, conferences and key stakeholder forums. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>12+ years senior experience in asset\/fund management, private markets or institutional asset raising. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of raising institutional capital (demonstrable evidence of fundraising; preferably cumulative >USD 50M across deals\u202f\/\u202ffunds). <\/li>\n<li>Prior experience operating in <b>DIFC \/ DFSA <\/b> regulated environment (fund registration, DFSA processes, DIFC commercially). <\/li>\n<li>Experience as MD \/ Head \/ CEO \/ CIO \/ Partner or similar at top asset managers, private equity firms, or placement agents. <\/li>\n<li>Strong existing LP network across GCC family offices, institutional investors and fund\u2011of\u2011funds. <\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on operator \u2014 comfortable with both fundraising and day\u2011to\u2011day fund management \/ operations. <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of fund governance, investor reporting, and board engagement. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder &#038; people management skills; credible public speaker. <\/li>\n<li>Direct experience with <b>CAT\u20113C <\/b> licences or with launching funds under DIFC\/ADGM regulatory frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and spoken English.
