Infrastructure &#8211; Tier 1 Contractor &#8211; Dubai"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3282045<\/p>\n<p><p>A leading Tier 1 contractor in the UAE is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of major infrastructure and utilities packages across large land parcels and master-planned developments in Dubai. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Holds full accountability for the delivery of large-scale infrastructure and utilities programs valued at approximately AED 500 million, covering wet and dry utilities, power, telecom and associated civil works from mobilization to final handover. <\/li>\n<li>Owns project P&#038;L, driving budget control, forecasting accuracy, cost recovery and margin enhancement across multiple workstreams. <\/li>\n<li>Leads extensive multidisciplinary organizations spanning construction, commercial, planning, procurement, engineering and HSE functions, mobilizing large labor forces and specialist subcontractors. <\/li>\n<li>Directs concurrent packages across utility corridors, diversions, authority tie-ins and live interface conditions within master development environments. <\/li>\n<li>Acts as the primary interface with clients, consultants, developers and statutory authorities, securing approvals, inspections, NOCs and service connections. <\/li>\n<li>Governs contract administration, change management and claims strategy to protect commercial entitlement. <\/li>\n<li>Establishes integrated planning and resource strategies, implementing acceleration or recovery measures where required to maintain milestone commitments. <\/li>\n<li>Ensures adherence to technical specifications, authority regulations, quality benchmarks and world-class safety standards. <\/li>\n<li>Chairs executive progress and commercial reviews, providing leadership with clear visibility on risk, schedule, cash flow and performance metrics. <\/li>\n<li>Supports procurement and negotiation of major subcontract and supplier agreements, particularly for long\u2011lead utilities and specialist infrastructure packages. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as Project Director or senior project lead within a Tier 1 or large civil\/infrastructure contractor. <\/li>\n<li>Strong track record delivering utilities and infrastructure for major master developments. <\/li>\n<li>Deep familiarity with Dubai authority processes and approvals. <\/li>\n<li>Commercially astute with demonstrated ownership of project margins. <\/li>\n<li>Leadership capability across large workforces and complex stakeholder structures.. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-03-27 08:38:35<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1347],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-79662","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-management-operations","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1347":"Management &amp;
