The Role <\/h3>\n

We’re looking for a Sales & Sponsorship Lead to own and drive sponsorship revenue across our events and platforms. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales professional who can independently manage high-ticket sales cycles, close strategic brand partnerships, and build the sponsorship function from the ground up in a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll work closely with the founders as part of a lean core team and play a critical role in shaping Pupilar’s commercial growth. <\/p>\n

What You’ll Do <\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Own the end-to-end sales and sponsorship lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure <\/li>\n
  • Secure high-ticket sponsorships and strategic brand partnerships <\/li>\n
  • Represent Pupilar professionally to senior stakeholders, brands, and partners <\/li>\n
  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships within the UAE ecosystem <\/li>\n
  • Actively attend networking events and industry activations to generate and convert leads <\/li>\n
  • Design and implement sponsorship sales pipelines, processes, and systems <\/li>\n
  • Take full ownership of revenue targets and sponsorship delivery <\/li>\n
  • Operate independently with a strong execution mindset, without reliance on constant direction <\/li>\n
  • Collaborate closely with a small leadership team and take on significant responsibility <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What We’re Looking For <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event sales, sponsorships, or high-ticket B2B sales <\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to close high-value deals and negotiate with senior decision-makers <\/li>\n
    • Strong presentation, communication, and persuasive skills <\/li>\n
    • Excellent command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage <\/li>\n
    • Comfortable working in startup environments with rapid change and ambiguity <\/li>\n
    • Confident, resilient, and proactive in lead generation and follow-up <\/li>\n
    • Understands the balance between consultative selling and relationship-driven partnerships <\/li>\n
    • Highly driven, persistent, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver results <\/li>\n
    • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to initiate and execute independently <\/li>\n
    • Passionate about delivery, accountability, and measurable outcomes <\/li>\n
    • Willing to build and evolve the sponsorship sales system alongside leadership <\/li>\n
    • Valid driving license and own vehicle required <\/li>\n
    • Must hold own visa (employment, family, or residence visa) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
