The main duties and responsibilities of this role: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and execute enterprise IT strategy aligned with business objectives, scalability, and security <\/li>\n<li>Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration, automation, and cybersecurity enhancement <\/li>\n<li>Ensure IT governance, regulatory compliance, and data protection standards across all properties <\/li>\n<li>Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, systems availability, and disaster recovery planning <\/li>\n<li>Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and service quality <\/li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and collaborate with IT teams and senior stakeholders to improve operational performance and user experience <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About You <\/h3>\n<p>The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8\u201310 years of progressive IT experience, including 3\u20134 years in senior leadership roles within luxury hospitality or enterprise IT environments <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in IT strategy, digital transformation, and cybersecurity governance <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field <\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in IT Management or Business Administration (preferred) <\/li>\n<li>Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or equivalent <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About The Benefits <\/h3>\n<p>At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
